DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I have had repeated probelms with packages not being delivered to my sister in Malaysia. I have noticed that if I ship new unopened items she NEVER gets the packages. We are talking over 10 packages. The reason so many... I'm told that they were being held up but would be delivered. Then I would trust them to keep their word. Needless to say, they never delivered the packages or could give me any information on where they lost them. No apologies, no excuses... just we can not tell you anything about the packages. They swore they forwarded them. I'm certain they have ways of tracking these items. You do not use these people to deliver your international packages.

Scam

Scam.
Please avoid.
They stole my product and never delivered. All they did was come up with drummed up Customs charges based on an over 500% overestimation of the value of my item.
Absolute frauds here, and they will confiscate your products if it's valuable and use it for themselves.
Please avoid. You were warned.
When you read their reviews on Trustpilot you'll see that literally none of their customers has anything good to say about them.
They CANNOT be trusted, and will NOT deliver your item, I made the gross mistake of transacting with them.
I have two shipments I sought to forward through them. I have lost money, and did not receive my product.
You should AVOID their parent company, Aramex, all subsidiaries like ShopandShip, and any and all of their affiliate companies.

STAY AWAY! Worst customer service ever

They lost one of my shipments, so I asked for a refund because it is entirely their fault (I have proof). Accordingly, I've been calling and emailing them every single day, and I keep getting the same response. They are liars and frauds. STAY AWAY.

Poorest of all poorest service.
I have been using SNS since 2018, and I must say that the service ‘was’ good. Fast forward 2020 and everything went downhill, on a speedy manner. I have had several packages delivered to someone else's account. The worst part about this company is the “Customer Service”. These people are so good at lying, they will give you hundreds of reasons about the whereabouts of your package. I will stop using their sub-standard service and will never ever recommend this to anybody. Better rent a PO box or use Emirates Delivers if you’re buying products from the US.

Pathetic customer service

They make mistakes for which the customer needs to bear the cost. Rules change from package to package based on person at the desk. In one pack a battery is accepted, in another the same battery becomes unacceptable item, in the third shient a double capacity battery is accepted as electronic with battery. There is no consistency which creates confusion and then the audacity of the customer service to state that you are lucky to get the first shipment and acceptance of the third shipment is a mistake. Why is the policy not clear to their staff?

So bad services the shipments will disappear and they will stole the money from your credit card or PayPal account
I recived some shipments not mine and the address wasn't my address or under my name and they said no problem you can take it

You will end up losing money and your package will just be labelled unacceptable without any justification. Sometimes same item will be processed and others are rejected! how can a customer trust such a provider. I ended up discarding many package or paying extra to ship them to their competitor (MYUS, they are the best). Once there was a package delivered by mistake by the store in the USA and advised SnS to keep it on-hold so it can be collected back by the store, they said you have to receive it first (in Dubai) and then return it to USA ... daaaaaa (very smart).
The way I see it, someone either taking advantage of the discarded items or trying to destroy the company.
In all above case we as customer losing money & time; and trust me do not bother talk to they customer service they do not know what going on (lost).

I bought Aramex flex package because of…

I bought Aramex flex package because of my friends referred it and I’ll say it’s completely slow service. Once the package arrives to the Aramex facility in Sri Lanka it’s shows message as “shipment received at Aramex sorting facility” which remains for 3days and then the payment will be displayed .I would highly suggest them to improve their service to make it faster.
I hope that on my next order I won’t face this issue

Disaster

Hidden costs, fake promises and shipment never reaches you. If, after receiving many fake promises by their team you decide to return the item to the seller, they charge you more than the item cost itself. I lost around 100 EUR for two deliveries which never reached me. Unprofessional liars! Shameful! Going to report them because they charged me and did not deliver the service.

Zero accountability, tracked shipment 'missing'

Absolutely no accountability for missing shipments and no way of contacting customer service
My package from USPS was delivered to their NY facility on 03/29. They claim they havent received it and are asking for proof of signature. When they very well know that signature is a paid and extra feature in USPS and almost all shipments do not need a signature. Apparently someone has found a loophole in their NY office. Shipments mysteriously 'disappear' and then they claim USPS is not reliable and never delivered it. Really, are you claiming a $70b company doesnt know what they are doing? This is a priority and tracked shipment that has gone missing or should i say 'mysteriously disappeared' in their NY office. Imagine they are able to claim with certainty that a tracked shipment has not been delivered. USPS insists and has emailed me that it has been delivered to Aramex on the exact date and time it was mentioned.
If you open a claim on their website they respond with a case reference number and close the case without even resolving it or getting back to you. If you call their UAE customer care center they say we will check with the USA team and get back to you. However there is no checking and no getting back. Nothing. Dismal customer service who seems to only copy paste replies without even checking the client name. Not even bothered to make an attempt to solve an issue. They even replied to me with a different name which showed that they just copy their replies to the customer without even bothering to read it. I have lost so many brain cells trying to trace my shipment
I really do not know why Aramex needs to offer this Shop & Ship service when their service is so bad. Probably the worst service i have encountered in 15 years of online shopping. Save yourself the headache.
They do not even deserve the 1 star, service is so terrible!
